I completely understand this as this is my exact battle. Going from 32 ounces a day or more to one or two small cups a day, MAN!. I'm usually up in the middle if the night and get up by 6am so its hard to limit my intake. I still try. The thing I've noticed is don't drink coffee on top of caffeinated or carbonated drinks because it will cause dehydration and cramps, TRUST ME. Increase water intake with caffeine.
Well im starting a new job soon. And I have to be awake for 5 am. My problem is ive been staying up all night and sleeping all day so ive been wanting coffee to try and fix it. Plus I crave the taste of fresh brewed coffee full of french vanilla creamer!
When I was pregnant with my daughter I had a cup of coffee every day. Only one cup though. I was always so tired and it seemed to help.
Yes its ok, caffeine is ok to consume during pregnancy just not in big amounts all the time one cup of coffee hear and there won't hurt at all.. Enjoy it :)
