dealing with stress
My grandmother passed away today and I'm hurt I just know I shouldn't stress myself .. but she was my fav person how do you cope with this
I am 6wks and we buried my grandmother on this passed Saturday.She was my backbone and yes its very hard dealing with the stress.Just take it one day at a time and stay prayed up ;)
Also I am 36 weeks
