dry mouth

Has anyone else been dealing with a severely dry mouth at night? It's driving me crazy.... there's got to be a way to combat it.

You could try Biotene. It's a mouthwash that's supposed  to help dry mouth. My dentist recommended  it to me. Works pretty well!

Keep a bottle of water next to your bed. That's the only thing you can do. I have already asked my dr. He said since the baby is basically pushing everything up, your lungs are also getting pushed, so when you sleep it causes you to breath faster and more often.  That's what causes dry mouth. He told me to keep water next to the bed. So when i wake up i can take a drink.
