I'm the same way but sometimes it's hard to fight cravings! I'd say make sure to incorporate some veggies & fruits in your diet (Sweet potatoes/eggs/salmon/ popcorn/ beans/lean meat/ walnuts/Greek yogurt are all great for pregnancy ) but honestly, Drink Alot of water bc water is Vital during pregnancy bc it goes to the baby, keeps baby hydrated, & helps keep amniotic sac (where baby urinates ) clean & better for babies lungs!
I honestly do the same I look up things good to eat and bad. Keep a list in your kitchen and make sure you stay away from greasy acid foods. I've been eating a lot more of bananas and fruits just naturally stay to pasteurized juices and tons of water! Eggs are great too.
