everyone comment please :(

Im having pains around my hips , my abdomen, & lower back . I am trying to get out the bed and stop being a lazy bug so Im trying to exercise a little and when I walk about 4 blocks my pelvis starts to hurt . I dont know if its because my baby is growing Or if my body isn't use to the exercise just yet . What do you think ?

my exercise is work lmbo i do alot of running back and forth and it does contribute to those lovely back pains

Plese try to walk more. Walk four blocks three times a day, then start to add more walking time.
My doctor told me to walk one houre a day will make me healther and have easior laber

I'm 31 weeks  & mii back nd stuff be hurting but I dnt do no exercising except to da fridge
