They dont come around unless they ned money, knowing that im pregnant and we have so much to buy for the baby and the new apartment.. my mil just asked for $600 freaking dollars to pay for her light bill and shes upset we didn't give her the money bc we had to buy a bed and mattress.. aparently im supposed to sleep on the floor 31 weeks pregnant so she can pay her bills with our money and keep wasting hers on her hair and nails... -_-

I know how you feel. My husband's mother is like that. She'll call when she has a problem or need money. She has 10 kids total. My guy is the oldest and every year around this time she sends a list of school supply. The most expensive sneakers ranging from Jordans to the LeBron. Those kids would not have those sneakers if her money was paying for it. We have a 3 year old son and we're expecting our second Feb 1st. It irks my last nerve. And she knows his pay schedule. Smh. I won't lie. He has a really great job. So he can afford it but we have savings and plans for our family. I don't understand why she can't get her own children's clothing and stuff. They aren't his kids. He just can't seem to tell her no. His excuse is always "babe that's my mom".
