fruit smoothie from mcdonalds.

Are they even healthy & do they count as fruit servings. I always get the stawberry banana & I feel like getting one right now.

I also worked at McDonald's and no, they're absolutely not healthy lol. Usually any chain smoothie place you go to is not gonna have "healthy" stuff. I'd recommend making your own at home(they're so much tastier) or at least getting one from like orange Julius or Jamba Juice where they actually put fruit in it. I've gotten a few strawberry banana julius and they put actual strawberries and bananas in there. I just make sure to tell them not to add any of the protein/energy mix that some of them do.

I used to work at McDonalds and all the fruit smoothies are is shaved ice and like a creamy sugar filled fruit base. There might small bits of strawberry in them but I wouldn't consider them healthy.

No they're full of artificial sweeteners, sugars and fruit puree. Try making smoothies at home with actual fruit.. or just eating strawberries and bananas.
