Just got invited to a pool party but I'm not too sure if I can get into the pool or not. I think I can but I just wanna be safe.

Doc told swimming is safe. No hot tubs though.

Pool exercises is recomnended during later months of pregnancy. Have fun in the sun

Iv never heard that you can't women exercise in them all the time even right when they are about to give birth

It think it depends on how far along u are. Closer to your due date, they generally say no because of your cervix opening? Something like that. The chlorine and other chemicals they want u to stay away from. If u r like 20 weeks, I wouldn't worry too much. 32 on your doc might advise a no. :)
