has anyone tried theraputic rice bags??

Random question I know,  but I'm wondering if any other mommies here have tried using home made therapeutic rice bags for nausea and pain relief? Also to help with sleeping... my boobs hurt so bad and It's causing in between my shoulder blades and my neck to also hurt. I have trouble sleeping, and I also cannot shake the terrible morning sickness...  It's so bad I can barely eat anything. Some days I can't eat or drink anything at all. I read that I can use socks or leg warmers and make rice bags that can be heated in the microwave and it will help to relieve pain. So I want to use some lavender oil in one to help with back pains and sleeping /destressing, and lemon oil in one to help with nausea...  has anyone done this and did it help if u have?

Did they work for cramps? I read to make sure they are safe for pregnancy with the heat and oils and I haven't seen anything bad about it so I'm gonna go buy some oil and try it out. I'll let you know how they work for me!  @prettymommy2015
