induced thursday

So im 40 wks +1 day.im being induced thursday.theyre supposed to give me a pill in my cervix to help dilate then start me on pitocin after im so much dilated. Has anyone had this done?if so how long did it take?

I am also 40w+1d and I will be getting induced on Thursday if my baby boy is not here by then. According to some other ladies those contractions are worst than natural contractions

Yes :) I will like to go natural as I am scared of getting an epidural

I had it with my son but it did nothing for me, it didn't make me dilate or anything. My labor started when they popped my water.

Oh and I also went natural and it does hurt like crazy but you get to experience a feeling you can't with an epidural. You literally feel EVERYTHING but it's a moment you wouldn't want to change for anything. :)
