So if drinking milk or anything dairy wise upsets your stomach nd just makes it feel horrible should u avoid drinking milk and dairy products or could it just be part of morning sickness or that baby may not like specific milk brand. My wic only allows me to get 1% milk or skim milk which I do not like at all.
Yes they will change it if you tell them you get sick. I do also during pregnancy so I get Lactaid. Its pretty good.
They can change it to lactose free all you have to do is tell them
