landlord rant
My landlord wants his money where a little behind but nothing is fixed in the house the electric stove just caught fire and he still wants his money all my sons stuff is in the house and I don't have the money to get it all back because I just payed more more than half the rent due and I'm positive he will have some reason y I made the store catch fire like who can make a electric stove catch fire the fireman said that it was a por and cheep shadering job wires in my stove were exposed I should stop paying until he fixes this stuff
We have tried he send in this "professional " who does this cheep job and we can't get a been house till April cuz the lease he is so cheep instead of painting the tub so we can use it he had someone spray paint it and the tub is clogged he still hasn't sent no one out to fix it just a friend who came plunged it then left and said it was fixed
Or make him fix the stuff... thats his job....
Ummm he has no right to not let u have the stuff.... but i would find a new place
