looking for healthier alternative

What can I take for headaches??? i an trying Not to hurt my baby. Its my first time and I'm scared.

Tylenol is completely safe to take during pregnancy. You can try a warm lavendar scented bath. Tylenol is the only thing that really helps me though.

Im having very bad headaches and heard its normal because the baby is producing more blood. But i have them all day even going on to the next and its making me very nauseous. Im going to be 15 weeks. Is this normal??? I need answers.

Cold towel on the back of your neck relieves tension. Hope this helps!

Yes the headaches are completely normal. Due to the new hormones and extra blood flow.

i heard 10 almonds equal to 1Tylenol and i should help with headaches.. i havent tried it yet since i havent really had a headache but iv been wanting to try it you should look it up. hope it works ☺
