Try lying down somewhere very quiet about 15mintues after drinking some juice or eating a hearty snack like a peanut butter sandwich try at different times of day and night. if you are overweight it might be harder to feel. That and baby might have nights and days mixed. Also try scratching your belly button. Or exposing your belly to cold air. Or push against one side of your belly untill baby pushes back.
Thank you just I haven't been given a midwife yet and my doctors are a pain to get an appointment with.. she usually kicks all morning and I've had nothing and I've been doing my usual day by day things xx
the baby has to move 10 times in 2 hours so what my doctor suggested that I do is drink a glass of juice and record the baby's movements and if she kicks 10 times in 2 hours then she's finebut you have to be sitting down when you are doing NIt
Babies very day by day, my baby is quite active but he gets his days where he hardly moves at all I would say if you dont feel him move for another 24 hours then phone doctor and see what he says but otherwise everything should be fine x
