So my fiancee got into some legal trouble before we got together. And now he finally has his court date next week, well we have a 4 year old and I'm 5 weeks pregnant. His lawyer just said they might not be able to use his self defense plea and I'm so terrified he will be sent somewhere. I don't work and he supports us and we are getting married in February.  I'm trying not to stress but all I do is worry...

If worse comes to worse maybe he can do weekends since he's the provider. Just something to look into.

Just hope for the best. Things will work out. Its hard getting into a relationship with someone who has a bad past because the past always seems to come up:/ my bf has the same problem but you just gotta hope that the past eventually stays in the past and you can enjoy your future. Good luck, i hope everything works out for your sake and your fiance and baby..
