old blood
So this is my second pregnancy and I'm just now 5 weeks and two days ago I wiped and it was like a brown discharge my mom said it was old blood I only had it that day and haven't since but I didn't have that when I was pregnant with my son and I'm not hurting or anything any ideas???

I'm also 5 weeks and experiencing the same with very mild cramps. My OB told me it's most likely okay but prescribed strict bed rest. Of course, I'm concerned even though I know many women with light spotting go on to have healthy pregnancies. I guess the best we can do is rest and try not to worry too much unless it gets worse.
