prenantals started making me sick

I have been taking them since my pregnancy was confirmed, but lately even if I eat they make me so sick. I take them and 20 minutes later they are coming right back up. Has anyone else had this issue? Should I switch brands?

I took them when I went to bed. If I took them as directed, I was nauseous.

Exact same thing happen to me. This us what I did and it completely stopped. Take them right before bedtime. I just take the prenatels from Walmart the generic that have the dha/epa and prenatal vitamin. I also have to take 4 mg of folic acid. Ever since I started taking them at night I have only felt sick from them a couple times. I believe that was from eating right before hand. Try not to do that. I'm 36+4 days today and started taking them at night when I was maybe 10 weeks. Good luck

You're suppose to take them one hour before you eat or two to three hours after you eat. I had that same problem until I start taking them properly.

I told my first doctor about the over the counter prenatal vitamins making me sick, and she switched me to Vita-fol one ...I think that's the correct spelling... They really helped and I didn't get sick again so long as I ate.
