Ginger tea, saltine crackers, ginger ale, wait a couple of minutes after you wake up before getting up, eat small meals but eat often, and avoid your triggers
Thank you ladies I'll try it all! I'm desperate for some relief
I didn't take any pills at all and I had the worst morning sickness ever, my recommendation is once you wake up eat salty crackers right away within first 15 min it helps alot. and try eating every 2 hrs and try sticking to neutral foods fruits, veggies, carbs like rice, beans, lentils. and AVIOD acidic foods that was the worst for me!!! hope this helps!!!
I had the same issue... Try ginger ale and saltines... They did wonders for me...
I bought sea bands as well they worked wonders. Ive also heard of pregnancy pops working great ginger gum i heard works well too. Zofran can cause birth defects in babies a friend of mine used it with her first child and he has a cleft lip and heart defects and has undergone several surgeries so far in his young life. Your dr may also prescribe you vitamin b12 mixed with unisom to help with the nausea. Also eating small frequent meals and bland foods when feeling nauseous helps. I also found sucking on hot and sour candy helped as well!! Im in my third trimester and the all day sickness has come back around again!
I agree with what Lee86lee said. I too don't believe in taking meds while pregnant unless totally needed.
I brought sea bands from walgreens and it work wonders. I dont believe in meds while pregnant unless its an affection. The bands are for motion sickness, morning sickness and u wear them on both arms. You can try those no meds involved and safe for u and baby

You can get your doctor to prescribe you something for it.
Oh and btw morning sickness happens at any time of the day, it's just named morning sickness
Have you tried zofran?? I used it both pregnancies and my doctor told me it's still ok to use. That stuff is amazing! :-) hope you find relief soon
