raspberry tea

What are the beneifits? Has anyone had good experiences from drinking raspberry tea?

You can find it at herbal shops.  It wont cause a heart defect if you are in the third trimester. But if you like talk to your doc first. I know midwives still Give it out to start labor. Since they take a more natural approach to things.  Hope that helps.

Please do not take blue cohosh, and even black kohosh is not safe. Blue cohosh has been proven to cause defects in the baby heart and cause heart failure in the moms. Please do NOT take blue kohosh. Black is considered a bit safer, but there isn't much information on the safety of it. Red raspberry leaf is safe, and in my opinion effective, it is used to tone and strengthen the uterus. You can also take evening primerose oil to help soften your cervix later in pregnancy. But please do not risk the kohosh.

I drank it with my 1st when I was 16 she was born 3 days early after a 3.1/2 hour labor. I didn't drink it with 2nd and she was 11 hours labor 12 days early.. So I'm.not sure if it help with the labour being so quick

^ actually raspberry tea is good to use all pregnancy tip help make your uterus stronger.
to start up labor the herb of choice would be black and blue cohosh!  To be honest they use that in early abortions to make the u uterus contact the baby out.  But in third trimester pregnancy it will make you start labor wIth contractions.

I havent done it but for what i read usually is raspberry leaft tea and is use in womens of 37+ to induce natural labor, is actually healthy and doesnt give bad effects as i read but u have to make sure that u are 37 or more so u dont hurt ur baby
