I totally understand I am a chef and this pregnancy the smells have really affected me.. I have found that if I keep a rag near with fresh lemon juice or peppermint extract on it smelling it every so often really helps.

Have you tried the hamburger helpers? My kids love them with my husband its just a side...chicken helpers are good too, sandwiches,  my all time favorite philly cheese steak, mix thin cut steac cut into strips with onions, green and red bell peppers add salt and pepper,  toast the bread add butter the meat and top with cheese, i use oaxaca cheese it melts perfectly, make personal pizzas, get a cooked chicken at the store and make tacos or mix it with veggies for chimichangas....i should write a pregnancy cookbook =)

Try baking things, so you don't really have to stand over the stove and can go relax outside or in the room while it's cooking

I had the same problem.  I put my husband in charge of supper the weeks that I had morning sickness/nausea. My family ate lots of cereal,  sandwiches,  and take out but it totally worked for everyone! This is a team effort and my husband didn't mind taking over supper duty for a while.
