I am 4 mnthz and 2 wks.
Since it was 4/20 yesterday i smoked two
Blunts. My cousin told me it was bad for the baby. I smoked with her but i kinda don't feel comfortable now. I have a new ob doctor on Tuesday.. My questions are..

Is it bad to smoke weed even if it had to do with one day..?

Is it in my system.?

Do doctors get mad
When i go to the doctor?

You know what smoking weed is a personal preference so no one can rightfully say if its bad or if its good or ok or whatever. It is your system if you inhaled it though and will be for about a month. You will be okay the doctors probably aren't going to test you for marijuana. I wouldn't smoke before you deliver though.

Glowing mommy

How far along are you..
I used to be the same way..
Now all ihave is tired and sleepiness.
I used to bite a sandwich and straight went to the bathroom or threw up in a bag.
I still have gags and stuff and sometimes i throw up but not as much like i used to.
I threw up every day. Any thing i ate. I felt dizzy just wanted to be inn the dark laying down.

Just don't smoke anymore... I was smoking weed and found out I was pregnant. I stopped that day and haven't smoked since. They don't drug test you when you supply urine for your OB. It takes up to 30day to get it out of your system. True that some studies show that there are no known effects on baby, but smoking blunts isn't the way to go.

It may not be a big deal but you have to think what ever you take in your baby takes in. I made that mistake before and just thinking oh I'm high my babies also high do is the worst feeling in the world. Just do for your baby then after that you're done only 6 months to go you can do it! I didn't smoke with this one but I smoked with the one before this just once & I lost my baby not saying its from that. Or trying to scare you, I was stressed a lot and made done wrong choices, my fault & just want to hear your story be very successful!!:)

Smoking anything is not great for the baby. Yes its in your system, and I wouldn't smoke anything else. I know someone who smoked weed during her pregnancy and because she and baby were tested when she had the baby, she was watched by child services for three months and had to be urine tested. She would have lost the rights t her child if she hadn't stopped smoking. And Tobacco products are definitely not good for you or baby.

It is definitely in your system. I don't feel comfortable saying the pot itself is bad for your growing baby but inhaling smoke of any kind is definitely bad for the baby. It depends on your Dr if they get mad or not.

I would have to say yes it's bad to smoke weed even if if was one day especially when you're 4 months pregnant. & it probably is in your system.  But you made the mistake & you can't go back now, just make better decisions for your child starting now. I would tell your doctor about it so they know. Good luck & hope you have the strength not to do it again:)
