My sleep schedule was off for about 3 months I would get about 3 hours each night I was exhausted but I would sleep throughout the day with her and get about 4 hrs of sleep.
I think the key here is to just realize you won't be getting as much sleep as you would want/need. That's just the reality, and I'm not sure it's worth your time to try to come up with a solution to get as much sleep as you were used to getting before you had your baby.
Sleep when she sleeps, and let some of the stuff that doesn't need doing go so you can nap.
This phase of your life will pass faster than you think.
Here's a trick ...get a piece of tissue and gently rub the tissue over her Face .it may sound weird but this works .she will fall asleep in no time.
