sleeping 31+4

The further along I get in my pregnancy the less sleep I get due to being uncomfortable at night. I wake up at 4am every night. How is everyone else's sleeping habit now that your pregnant?

I'm 34 weeks.. And I sleep a total of probably 4 hours a night.. I wake up constantly, and I sleep on the couch cause I can no longer get comfortable in my bed anymore. Lol you are not alone, and it *****. I can't wait to be able to sleep normally again

omg yes! I was so used to sleeping on stomach before so since pregnancy it's been difficult to get a good night sleep! I usually sleep on my left side (read best position for baby to get air) but when I'm all "numb" lol I switch to the right and my baby moves like crazy which makes it uncomfortable therefore switching back to my numb left side...  I'm 29 weeks...  Plus the futhur you go the more he moves and the more likely he'll wake you up even more!
