I personally spray tan while pregnant and I love it. However, I managed a tanning salon for 2 years and had to take skin care classes and it's actually only recommended that you don't tan during the first trimester because of your body temp getting over 102 degrees. After that, it's mainly just so you don't get dehydrated. We were never legally allowed to turn a pregnant woman away but there were a lot of pregnant woman who still tanned and we just recommended water to take in with them.
It's definitely not advisable. Go to *****************.org and search tanning during pregnancy. They have some helpful info.
There are some good gradual tan lotions and bronzers that should do the trick :)
I used to work at a salon with tanning beds and it's not recommended. It would raise your body temperature up too high.
You can't expose your baby to that. And when you start to show they would know you are pregnant and wouldn't allow it. You can handle nine months of your natrual skin color. You will get a healthy baby out of it :)
I wouldnt, just to be on the safe side. I'm pretty sure on the warning labels of the tanning beds says to not use while pregnant. Definitely ask your doctor before you get back in!
Don't think it's advisable to do that.
