According to the March of Dimes, when fetal death occurs after 20 weeks of pregnancy, it is called stillbirth. Most stillbirths occur before labor begins. A small number of stillbirths occur during labor and delivery.

The woman may suspect that something is wrong if the fetus suddenly stops moving around and kicking.

If you've never felt your baby move,  but the baby has a good strong heartbeat at prenatal visits,  it's probably just that somehow you aren't feeling the movement that is there.

If your baby was moving vigorously and you could feel it strongly for weeks and now doesn't move at all,  you need to go to L&D.

Sometimes baby is lazy . I learned at my doc appointment if your hungry or haven't had a snack baby gets lazy and sometimes doesn't move because they are sleep.  I don't know if this is true but I had a little Pudge before I was pregnant and I noticed it took longer for me to feel baby move but now at 35 weeks my daughter is a professional boxer Lol . I say give it a little more time and if your really concerned go in and get checked.  You can never be too concerned
