stress relief?

Any tips on reducing stress? I'm 6 weeks and work has been stressing me out. I'm worried for my baby. I had a miscarriage earlier this year and I'm afraid it may happen again.

Baths and yoga! Really just some time, even just ten minutes, alone, in silence to just breath deeply and hince, relax.

I know it's hard but try not to stress.  The less stressful you are the better. Unfortunately miscarrieing is out of your control.  So worrying is the worst thing.  Just pray.. everything happens for a reason.  Even if we don't understand why. .

Smelling eucalyptus oil! It's seriously the best stress reliever. You can get it at GNC or maybe Walmart.
