thinking about a new career
I'm 6 weeks. . Should I wait until I have the baby before career searching or not? I'm already working with leave and benefits but it's time for something new

I would support research if new career options if you are wanting to do something different. You may be able to take some professional classes while on leave that will help later. There are online tests that match personal intrests, aptitude, and recommend careers that may be suitable/you will like and excel in
You should wait until after baby honestly cause you'll have to be on leave if you find new job anyway nd they may not want to hire you because of pregnancy. You can always still job search if you really want to have a new career but remember you can't do anything to stressful. good luck
