Try laying on your left side and drink cold water or something sugary like orange juice! Sitting /laying in a quiet spot helps too

My Dr suggested to put a belt around tummy n apply a little pressure (like the band to monitor u n hospital) babies always kick n move once those r strapped on. N he suggested putting a shoe or something on belly cause baby usually hate pressure on them. Also laying on left side n drinking cold water. Ice packs get my lil one moving.

Extra blood circulation makes them active as well. But most of all the cold water does help, I put the music on, on my phone as set it on my belly and my baby kicks it..
