unusual discomfort

I have been experiencing a bit of pain and discomfort in my vaginal area. It does not feel like an infection nor are there any signs of an infection. It feels like things are swollen almost without any actual swelling. This is my second pregnancy and I didn't have this with my first. So the question is if this is normal and if anyone else has been through this?

I know how you feel.  Second pregnancy for me too. Try doing Kegels. It helps you get stronger down there to deal with the pressure. And it keeps you from feeling like your insides are going to fall out.

I've been having pain and pressure down there too. Sometimes it's to the point that I feel like my insides are falling out.

I have general pain all the time. Usually if it hurts too much I just have an ice pack down there. I think it's just pressure from the baby pushing down.
