Use cocoa butter or put a cold wet towel on your stomach

I remember this with my first pregnancy. It's totally normal, Its called lighting crotch and can be so uncomfortable :/

Yes its normail im 37wks now and babys heads engaged he punches me their all the time. It is soooo uncomfortable but a good sign things are progressing. Good luck with delivery guys

i get the abdominal pain too, its bad sometimes, i just wait for it to settle and put more weight on my arms when trying to move around, with my first bubba i was also itchy but i would just scratch it lol

Oh but frquently am facng it..n one more...while sleeping..it became hard fr me to turn to other side..lowr abdominal pain am having while turning...any suggestion?

Lol I feel that every day and I always tell my mom it feels like he's trying to kick his way out of me. I think because the baby is growing they're just running out of space to move around so to us it's going to feel like they're trying to come out.

I had this last week also freaked me out as i thought babys foot was going to come out x baby just making use of the space dont think its anything serious x
