weight loss

I'm currently 12 weeks pregnant, but I'm losing weight instead of gaining. My weight before pregnancy was 63 KGS, after conception it was 62 kgs and constantly decreasing. My food intake is regular, healthy and homemade only. Is it a matter of concern? What should I do to increase weight?

As long as you have a well balanced diet and your doctor isn't concerned, you are fine. I lost ten pounds in my first trimester, gained it back in the second and have only put on an additional ten pounds.  I'm 30 weeks. Everyone is different.

Dont worry. Its perfectly fine. Im nearly 28 weeks and still havent gained a pound! Ive lost 38 lbs since ive been pregnant.. Its ok! As long as your ob doesnt say anything then be proud! Thats less baby weight youll have to burn in the end ;). Baby has all he/she needs..!
