what is up with these cramps???? help?? anyone??

38 weeks+ 1 day. Baby # 3

Solo last night, about 8-9 pm I started getting mild period cramps.  Weren't bad but I definitely noticed them went on for about 1 hour, 10 min apart. Then I fell asleep timing theM.

This morning??  All day?? I felt great. Little pain here and there in my lower back and right leg but nothing worth timing

Then what Do you know??
Tonight starting about 9 pm they are back but no longer mild.  A little stronger .  They we're 10 min apart, for about two hours. Then.. just stopped??!!  What the what??

What is my body trying to do to me??

I'm also having the very same thing happen. Im also 38w1d Was wondering if this is labor? Or is my body just teasing. at my apointment today my midwife said my son is already about 8 lbs and if he goes 40w she's not sure if I'll be able to push him out.

Id be so happy I we were going into labor!

8 pounds is actually normal weight anything under is considered a small baby. .

My sister naturally delivered her baby at 10 pounds 11 oz and she's very very small built.

But congratulations!!  Your almost there!!! We are getting induced Wednesday so we can't wait!!  4 more days!!!

You're in labor, your body is preparing for birth. It's a good thing.

Its just horrible!!  With my first, the strong contractions just hit at once, back to back, never had BH,  nothing until I went into labor.

I was induced with my son, @ 39 weeks with no pain or BH. throughout my whole pregnancy.

Now this one,  it's like it's teasing me! Lol
