There are a lot of things that work for other people but didnt work for me, like saltine crackers (i hate the taste of them now that im pregnant), ginger ale or ginger beer (far too sweet for me), peppermint (worked for a while but i got sick of it). A couple things that may work are sour candies. The sour helps with nausea. Ginger tea may help. Or just boil ginger and a small amount of sugar. For food, try won ton soup. Even if you cant eat the won tons, the soup has ginger in it which helps a ton with nausea. Hope any of this was helpful.

I have been able to handle the Keeblers crackers with peanut butter in them. Also apple sauce and jello cups.

Salt and vinegar chips!  I was just having the same problem! But I started eating them and they help! Also what helped a lot is drinking coke/Pepsi and eating about 6 crackers and let it settle then get out of bed. That has worked wonders for me
