All that you can take is regular tynelo or the extra strength. Sadly you cannot take any other medicine, start resting, taking lots of liquids, eat soup etc etc

I've been using afrin sinus for stuffed up nose and it's safe. It works wonders.

You can take benadryl to help with the stuffy/runny nose and congestion

Normal saline nose spray or Flonase also will help

Try and get lots of sleep. Ive been able to fight off a few colds this pregnancy by clearing my schedule and snoozin.
Hope you feel better soon.

If it gets bad, go to the doctor and he will prescribe mild pregnancy safe antibiotics. I have just had a bad dose of flu and was given antibiotics and sinus meds. I'm in South Africa so not sure what you can get in the US.

You are able to take sudafed as well. I was sick with sinus issues at the beginning of my pregnancy and I called my dr and she said regular sudafed is fine

I have had this issue before. It's probably just a summer cold. I personally wouldn't take anything. I would just drink plenty of fluids and get plenty of rest. Pay attention to yourself. If after 2 days your worse then I would say seek a doctors advice.
