We have medicaid, hubs lost job and is using unemployment until he finds something. But for food support or anything else, he actually makes too much with unemployment so we can't get those other services. But since the medicaid is only for me and I'm unemployed then I'm qualified at Ohio states level.

If you're not married you don't have to include his income, therefore you should qualify

My mom said in order to get in assistance for the baby suck as wic or link you have to have a open child support case but maybe that's only in Chicago.

WIC goes off or your income alone if you're not married.

I agree with the first all they can do is say no. If they do, call and ask if there is other ways to try. My sister didn't qualify and they told her that breastfeeding is her best opinions. She still has to buy milk if her supply is not enough so far she has been doing great with the breastfeeding. Like the first comment just try anyway u never know

I would try anyways the worse they can say is no. I think it all depends on your state as far as income. For example i live in Illinois my husband and i make roughly 3500 per month and we still qualify. I know people who make more than us and also qualify
