working mothers

How do I keep my energy up?? I am only 11 weeks but exhausted from school and work and I feel like I just need to nap! What can I do?

I find power naps work for me, i take 2 20min naps a day, i dont work but i have a 2yr old boss to run after

Yes you can decently do it! Its just different for everybody. I just couldn't do it

Just have to push through it. But don't work yourself to hard. I'm 31 weeks and still working but it definitely is getting hard cause of the pain and being so exhausted

Thanks:) I did it with my first up until 32 weeks and went straight from work in er to labor and delivery with eclampsia...but that was 11 years ago so it's hard to remember how I got through it.

Make sure to take your prenatals and eat healthy meals eat your three meals plus snacks in the middle. Makes sure you eat things that are healthy that way you can have everything you need. Unfortunately youll still feel tired. Its part of the pregnancy specially first trimester but you can do it. I did it for 32 weeks then ijust really couldn't anymore but keep it up! Just dont stress ypur self out since its bad for you and baby
