I agree with scalpmassager. This wasn't a pregnancy urinalysis. I'm not sure what this was testing for, besides maybe a bladder infection. Whether or not you are pregnant wasn't tested in this urine test.

I believe the test results show that possibility was not part of the test.

Looks good as far as it goes: No diabetes (if this were a sample taken after fasting), no infection, no kidney disease. Sample might not have been a clear mid-stream sampling (slight, inconsequential impurities) but perhaps it was.
