What counts is the quantity and vitality of his sperm (which is easy enough to test/check). Without good quantity and especially vitality, there's a major problem in conceiving.
Though if he were really small (only 2"?) it would then be helpful if he ejaculates vigourously enough to reach your cervix area instead of that falling short.
