You should wait to test until you miss your period. They have six day sooner tests but I wouldn't suggest using them until you are about 3-4 days away from your due period. I tested 6 days prior to my period beginning and it was negative. I tested 2 days later and I got a faint positive. If you test negative and you are late test again in like 2-3 days. If you are more than a week late and you keep getting negatives call your doctor.
HPT start picking up preg levels about 12 to 14 days after ovulation I would wait untill 14days after ovulation by that time you have missed your AF and you should be able to fine out if you are in fact Pregnant...good luck
