im 14 weeks

Hi this is my second successful pregnancy and I had my first dating ultrasound everything went well and I heard the fetal heart beat last month but u don't feel pregnant I have no cramping to let me know the baby is growing or any symptom. Will it hurt my baby if I'm lifting my 25lb baby that's 9 months in the air and lifting him in his car seat he is pretty heavy. I also had no bleeding or anything in that nature.

Hi,
If all is well with the present pregnancy then lifting your nine month old should not be a problem. Many women do not have symptoms during pregnancy and this is normal. Hence discuss with your Doctor regarding any cause of worry with the pregnancy. If all is well then you can lead a normal life.
Hope this helps.
