This post is a really interesting read, information has been presented in a clear and concise manner. As we know that twin child is a high risk pregnancy so you take complete care and advice to doctor in time to time.
Thanks..

My name is Melody, and I just found out Thursday March 29, 2012 at 9 weeks 4 days that I was having identical twins in which they are in one bsg, sharing one plecenta! The doctor said at this point the babies looked healthy, but it is a high risk pregancy. He didn't say I had to be on bed rest but in scared cause I've heard so many bad things on the internet. If any one has ANY INFORMATION ON THIS SITUATION PLEASE DON'T HOLD BACK ANYTHING AND LET MR NO WHAT TO EXPECT!! THANKS FOR ANY INFO YOU CAN GIVE ME!!!!  MELODY GOMEZ

There is no sure fire way to get a baby boy let alone twins. Those are all by chance.

Never heard of doing anything to get twins because that just has to happen. However, you can do things to try for a baby boy such as have sex on the day you actually ovulate which lets the male sperm get to the egg early. If you have sex too ahead than the girl sperm will hang around because they last longer and when the egg finally drops the girl sperm is there to fertilize the egg. I am trying for a girl but think I messed up and had intercourse the day after I ovulated and they say that can make you have a higher chance of having a boy.
