You'll know when you get them because you're belly gets really hard and you'll feel pressure but they aren't supposed to hurt they are just really uncomfortable and if you change positions the feeling should ease up or go away
It's pretty much false labor. They are contractions that are less painful then real contractions and are irregular. They can come and go.
