2hours of dancing a day good or bad...

Ok so im currently 17 weeks pregnant im 22 so im young n love to dance .. i dance everyday for about a hour to almost 2 ..   my husbands grandmother rained all over my paraid yesterday n said dancing is not good for pregnant women that i can cuase a early pregnancy or that i can even lose my baby .. but i always danced since before i was pregnant .. its the only way i get my exercise in.. N releave my stress.. I see it *** some woman walk .. others joggg .. some do yoga .. some lift weights .. i dance .. n its not like im breakdancing n all that i dance to merengue salsa ...cumbia.. N anything that gets me up lifted n moving .. i feel if im smiling n having fun so is my baby he moves around in my belly while i dance:) .. so do u think i should stop ???  I talked to my hubby n said if i stop ima only get really biggg n have a painful delivery wen baby comes cus i wont b moving ... n all just  eating n stuff  witch is true ...

No absolutely not. Dancing is fine especially since you did it before.
