:( Not My Best Day

I am 38 weeks Been having this weird feeling all day . after Everything I eat I feel like I'm going to throw up.I feel really drained to. I know that I'm not dehydrated because I've been drinking cup after cup of water. I don't know what to do.... Anyone one else feeling this way ?
