Nothing on the transvaginal, waiting on the blood

Had my last period on Feb 6, so i am technically 3 and a half weeks late. Took digital pregnancy test about 3 days ago and it said pregnant. Went to obgyn today who DID NO URINE TESt and couldnt see anything on transvaginal exam. So now i had blood drawn and tomorrow i should know what if any my pregnancy levels are. What are the odds that i miscalculated my conception and am actually not 6-7 weeks along so as to explain why they didnt see anything. I am so scared cause i have other kids and never had an ultrasound until 11-12 weeks so i never experienced this before.

Yes you should. Its completely normal NOT to see anything on a sono this early. I didnt see anything on my sono until i was about 6 or 7 weeks. You could have concieved a week or two after your period, thats why your not as far along as you thought. I had my last period May 18th and found out on June 5th i was pregnant (that was 3 years ago) So i wouldnt worry. Congrats!

Update....Good news! I just did my next blood test on Monday and my hcg level was now 3,000 so my pregnancy is moving along on course. Next week I should be six weeks and I have a second ultrasound scheduled so I should see something.

Well I just got the results of my blood test. My hcG levels are at 325 which the nurse said would put me at 4 weeks. This would also explain why nothing showed up on the transvaginal ultrasound. Now I have to have another blood test tomorrow to see if my levels are going up. Should I have hope?
