yea i noticed that the few times i was able to go before i found out bout the other one i have on the way, i never thought to use maderma for stretch marks, my sister uses it for scars an it works really good. thanks
Mederma helps to make scars less noticeable. Also, I hear its rumored that tanning helps to lessen scars as well.
i knew they wouldnt go away i jus want them as less visible as possible. the lotions worked for me too. i mostly picked ones with vitamin e or mineral lotions. i used cocoa butter too bt not the kind for stretch marks. right now i have that new palmers tummy butter an the oil stuff for stretch marks. so im going to see how they work. probably get more in a couple weeks but i dont kno. i have never heard of anyone who tried the avon stuff but it sounds pretty good. my aunt does avon so i might jus picksome up. never heard of the bio oil either, that too sounds like i would give it a try, i have lots of scars from spider bites an skin problems, my skinis unbelievably uneven too. .
I have heard that Bio Oil is great for stretch marks if used twice a day everyday. I haven't tried it myself on my stomach because I'm still in the frustrating TTC stage, but I do use it on my face for acne scars and uneven skin tone and it's been working great on them.
Nothing worked for me. Tried it all. Honestly I think it depends on your skin and how elasticy it is naturally. I think the rest is just a gimmick for us to spend more money.
Yeah i know something but it depends. To keep from getting them or make them not so visible. You cannot get rid of stretch marks only make them less visible. Well to keep form geting them I use a vitamin E lotion with elastin and colligin. It just says Vitamin E accross it no product name. And what works for me to make them less visible is Avon stretchmark lotion. It doesn't smell too great and for some reason they put glitter in it that sticks to everything but it works wonders. Using the vitamin E lotion keeps me from getting many stretch marks at all then I use the Avon stretch mark lotion after having my babies to make them less visible. I can put a pick of my belly on my profile so you can see what it looks like to see I'm not lying. I do still have some but not that visible. I'm 22 weeks prego with my third boy too.
hehe. NOPE nothing really works. Stretchmarks are SCARS formed from your skin getting stretched past it's limits.. all that can be done is using lotion and stuff to lighten them after baby. They'll lighten naturally as they heal.
