i have not had my periods after my abortion

sir,
i had an abortion on 16th march 2010 when i got my pregnancy test positive.
my last periods were on 20th january.
its 28th  april n0w. and i was expecting my periods  lately by 20th of april,
its getting late and i am worried
when will i get  my  periods .

there is no way of telling if u will get ur period this month or not and msniki412 certainly can not tell u!like  she said it may take up t 6 months for u to get ur first period!if after 6 months u still havent got a period then i would consult a dr just to find out y u havent!when u had the abortion u should have been given antibiotics and been asked back for a check up to check nothing was left behind!th antibiotics would have been all the tablets u needed unless they found an infection or something that required a further course of tablets!if you are really worried then speak to a dr or the dr who performed ur abortion and they can advise u!i dont know if it was ur intention but the tone in which your post to msniki412 comes across as being rude which i dont feel is fair as she was only offering the best advice she could!again it may not have been your attention but i just thought i would make u aware of it!hope things go well for u!

Periods can be messed up after an abortion. It may take up to 6 months for your body to adjust.

having an abortion is no different to your cycle than having a baby. It may take a few months for things to get back on track.
