12 week scan pics!!!!

We had our 12 week scan this morning! NT was great! Measured 1.2 and we saw the nasal bone as well. Tech and doctor both said baby looks perfect!!! Heartbeat was 170bpm. Baby was jumping around. I can't wait, 28 more days until we find out the sex! I didn't get any "nub" shots in my profile pics but from what I saw on the screen I have a feeling I just might have my girl! I guess we'll find out in 4 weeks! Here's a couple of the pics she gave me, the 3rd one I have no idea myself what it is so I'm not posting it lol. I was so scared that I would go in there and they would give me bad news. But first thing I saw LO move and I felt relieved. I pray I can stop worrying now. And I've been feeling baby move again today so I am quite happy. Oh and I just figured out what the last pic is she gave me, the face up close to see the nasal bone lol.

I think the higher heartbeat means girl, too!  I am 30 weeks pregnant with a girl and her heartbeat has always been higher than with my son. :-)  

I don't know if I could personally find out the sex of the baby w/o my husband being there - but if your husband doesn't mind, then I say go for it and get your extra ultrasound! :-)

Sorry about your crazy neighbor...sounds to me like she has insecurity issues, trying to compete with your pregnancy and all...sometimes you've just got to feel sorry for people like that.  

Well, anyways, keep us posted when you find out the gender - my bet is on girl, and I hope that I'm right, since that's what you want. :-)

LOL yeah she's got issues for sure. She went for her first OB appt and her STD check came back she had gonorrhea. She's telling everyone that she never cheated, her man never cheated and the nurse at the health dept said that because one of them had a yeast infection since she's pregnant the hormones caused the yeast infection to turn into gonorrhea. NOT POSSIBLE. So yeah. She drives me nuts to say the least lol.

Awh thats not fun, just know she obviously has some crazy issues and its not a competition , but i can totally understand how frustrating that is especially on top the added anxiety of pregnancy. Its always good to vent and let it out no worries :) let her find out first and come bragging to you, who knows maybe when you find out you can keep it a secret from her, sure it will drive her crazy! :)

I will! I'm torn. I know my grandma will throw a fit if I do it. And she insists on going to my DD appt. UGH. So I will probably just wait until the 28th. I'm just upset I guess. My neighbor and I are due 2 days apart. I get an early ultrasound to check my cervix and she's trying to talk her doctor into doing an un-needed ultrasound at her 16 week appt just so she can find out before me. She scheduled her appt 3 days before mine :( She was knocking on my door as soon as I got home today to see my ultrasound because she wanted to "compare" them. It's like everything is a competition with her. I found out I was pregnant first, had my ultrasound first, etc. So she's trying to make up for it or something? IDK. Just makes me sad that she thinks it's a game. And she's older than me, almost 30 years old having a baby with a 24 year old that doesn't even want the baby. She's been lying to him every month for the last 8 months saying she's pregnant all the time so she could live with him for free and stuff. And she already has a 9 year old son who has ADHD and other problems and she pulled him out of school and is "homeschooling" him but she teaches him nothing, he sleeps all day and then is outside playing. Sorry for using this as a vent. I'm just upset with her and her situation I guess.

Awh that is kinda sad, but its a man for you ha im all about sharing too but its not the same for thrm as it is for us, keep me updated!!!

I'm the one that is all about "sharing" the experiences with him. He went with me to our ultrasound this morning and said he would rather sit in the waiting room with our 2 year old cuz he's so fidgity and won't sit still. That made me sad. But I know it's different for men. But was all "look at the heart, look at it move..." stuff like that.

I'm so glad someone else thinks like me! The only thing is, my husband has to stay here and watch the boys while my grandma and I go with my daughter. I want to know and I know he's a man and isn't as interested in all this pregnancy stuff like me. But I don't want to hurt his feelings if I find out without him there. KWIM? That's the only thing keeping me from scheduling today. I want to talk to him and see how he feels. I told him I wanted that to be my birthday present though! He was like "you want ANOTHER ultrasound? You just had one today!" LOL. That's a man for you!!!!

If you can find out do it!! I totally did at 15 weeks i knew i was having a boy and sure enough the tech told me a boy! I think its so worth it even if you have it scheduled 2 weeks later, at least you can see your little lady earlier :)

Oh I hope so! I want another girl SO bad. This is my last baby. My daughter just turned 7, and I have a 3 1/2 and 2 year old son. I'm tempted to pay for a 3D ultrasound when I go to St. Louis in a couple of weeks, I'll be 14 weeks then and the tech I spoke to on the phone said she'd give it a try for me. It's only $99, I know, sounds like a lot when I'm already scheduled for an ultlrasound at my OB's 2 weeks after that. IDK what to do! I want to know! Either way it's going to be an early or a late bday present for me! My bday is the 18th and I go to St. Louis the 13th and have my ultrasound here the 28th. I didn't get any "nub" shots in the pics she printed for me today but from what I could see on the screen it looked like it was parallel which they say indicates girl. This pregnancy is like mine with my DD. I'm sick even on the meds, have HORRIBLE acne everywhere too.

congrats! :) baby looks so cute! they say that girls have higher heartrates than boys and with my two pregnancies my son's has been lower than my daughters, but its just a thought :) either way it will be cute getting tiny clothes! baby looks very cute :) look forward to updates!
