16 weeks pregnant and losing weight!!! Should I be worried!?!

Well im 19 years old and out of school, working constantly, and cant really keep much down to eat! Although when i do eat i eat a lot and i excersise a lot as well i thnk the only thing i dont do is go to bed early due to not being off work till 11 or 12 am! Now im 16 weeks pregnant and ive heard the heart beat and everything, but what im so concerned about is when i went to the doctors last week they said that since my first doctors visit at 10 weeks ive lost 3 pounds instead of gaining it!!! So i was recomended to a nutrtionalist and she told me that after the 13th week i should be gaining a ton of wieght not losing it! so im worried like a regular mom would be... Am i doing something wrong?

I have really bad morning sickness and I'm 20 weeks now, still haven't gained a pound. I still weigh exactly what I did before I got pregnant. If you're not keeping much down you should cut back on the excercise for sure.

I agree. If you can't hold down food, you have no reason to exercise. I understand you want to stay fit, but that's just burning calories you don't have. I lost weight my entire pregnancy and my baby turned out fine, but my body payed a large price for it. Look into high calorie foods, and get in lots of protein.

If you can't keep much down then I would cut back on excerising.  When you say you excerise a lot how much does "a lot" mean to you?  Your body needs the calories and if you are burning them all off then of course you will lose weight.  You should be eating more then you are burning to gain weight and to give your baby the nutrients that the baby needs.
