18 weeks pregnant with 3rd baby, not showing and no movement

I have my 20 week ultrasound tomorrow and I am horrified that something bad is going to happen. I am 18.5 weeks along with my third child and I am not showing much at all and I have not felt the baby move. I had a C-section with my 2nd baby and I wonder if due to that incision and the possible scar tissue inside plays a role in the lack of ability to feel the baby move. I had my C-section only 15 months ago if that helps. I am just so scared that they will start my ultrasound tomorrow and not find a heartbeat. I hope someone can provide me with some reassurance or confirmation that my concerns are legitamite. Thank you!!

I'm having my second...I'm 18weeks and 4 days... and I'm hardly showing when I tell people how far I am they don't believe me! The baby is really LOW, because I just started feeling a little movement, and I remember my first was much higher! I worry so much that something is wrong with this pregnancy... it seems so different from the other one... and what I'm gonna say right know is TMI but when I go for #2 it feels like that baby is just gonna fall down its so low... I have my scan in two weeks and I'm paranoid that I will hear something really bad :( keep us posted how the scan went!!!

I'm having my second and felt little movement before my anatomy/anomaly scan. It turns out I have a low-lying anterior placenta and my doc said that was probably why it took a while for me to be convinced I was feeling fetal movement. Good luck!

Im having my 3rd and didn't feel him until i was about 22 wks. It has a lot to do with the positioning of the baby too.

Don't worry! I had my 20 week ultrasound around the same time in my pregnancy as you and was also worried because I wasn't feeling much if any movement. I thought I had felt flutters, but now I'm not so sure that was the case. I also had a c-section a little over a year before and it is still a little numb. The doctor said that could definitely be the reason I wasn't feeling much. I'm now 28 weeks and at times I look pregnant and at times I still don't. My baby is very low and yours could be also. I think you will be very surprised at how well baby is doing when you go to the doc. Good luck!
